2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Fuji White

Permanent live for dash cam RRS 2

I'm wiring my dash cam up & wondering if anyone knows which is a permanent live in the fuse box inside of car,their is fuse number 5 which is for towbar & their is fuse number 48 another towbar one which hasn't got a fuse in it,any help will be appreciated.
