Ive done a search and found a few old posts to which I have spoken to the companies listed however I wonder in the years if anyone has had any more luck with finding anywhere decent to have work done?

I need a reasonable place for a LR specialist diagnostic as don't want a generic reading. I need to get my airbag switch coded so it seems and generics cannot do it

Would also be a good thread for those looking for get work done

Ps:
I will start with recommending Fastlane styling in Chadwell heath Essex, these guys do alot of facelift conversions and specialise in Exhausts. The service is good.

They are not open weekends so bare that in mind.
But they come up cheaper than Les Pauls in London East & they use Autologic

Only open on Saturday mornings at the weekend before you ask!

Thank you guys for the recommendations - all reasonably accessible for me.

I went to LRR in London SE7 (Charlton / through blackwall tunnel) and the chap there was just spot on, he checked my car for me and gave me some advice too. Fairly laid back. I also saw on their website they do RRS Servicing at around £150 plus vat inc parts which doesnt sound too bad. I will be going there when I need to get some work done. (They say they are booked up for the next month however )

reasonable prices, but problem is you may have a very long wait as they are so busy, I had to wait 6 weeks last time I went to them

I've used them for the past 4 years and they've always been great but yes, book well in advance!
