Suspension hard ride

Hello,

Wonder if someone could shed some light on a problem i'm having with my RRS.
I've recently sold my other car so i've confiscated my RR off the missus.
It doesnt feel like it used to. The ride is awful, every bump in the road feels like my vertebrae is about to shatter and the car won't drop down to access height. It keeps saying there is an obstruction.
My guess is there is a problem with one of the struts but which one?
Its recently had new bushes and suspension arms but it really is like driving a go kart at the minute.

Any help/advice woud be appreciated.

Thanks

is the cars suspension raising, or is it down on the bump stops?

Its raising ok. Seems to be driving at the normal height, however if i try and lower it to access height it thinks theres an obstruction and resets to normal. All sides seem to lower down normal though before it resets.
