Parking Brake Noise

Wondered if anyone else has had the same problem.

Every time I use the parking brake I hear a grinding then a CLUNK when it is engaged.

Anyone?

Hand brake seized. Embarassed you'll need to strip the rear calipers and drums and clean / replace. Then hopefully re-adjust and be OK.
If not you can unjam if it still fails.
