Hi All,

I've recently acquired an '07 Supercharged RRS (4.2), its service comes up in a couple of weeks...

As with all my cars out of warranty I like to keep them tip-top, usually this means a respected indie rather than a stealer.

Is there a consensus on the best Indie in south London / Surrey?

I'm in Croydon and will usually travel up to 50 miles to take it to the right guy..

Usually with model specific forums you'll get a consensus of, you can only use x,y,z - they're great, over and above etc.

I'm sure after a few more responses I'll find the local man for me.

I live in London/Kent and use RCV (www.rcv.co.uk) they can provide courtesy car or drop/pick you up from nearest station.
It's a nice professional set up!

Hi, I believe that there is a guy in Merstham who has just set up - ex Harwoods. Supposed to be very good and very reasonably priced.
Let me know if you are still looking and I will try and dig out his details...

I used RR London a couple of years ago when when I had my air compressor replaced. I thought they were very reasonably priced and very good. They're quite a long way from me, and for my last service and MOT I used Moores near Cherstey and thought they were very reasonably priced. Hard to say how good the work was given its an MOT but I'll continue using them. 2005 RRS First Edition Supercharged

I live a couple of minutes drive from Westlake Garages. I pass them every day. They sell a Heinz 57 variety of second hand cars from their forecourt.

I wouldn't hesitate to take a Kia or Ka there for a bargain price service.

But taking a thoroughbred like an RRS would be utter madness. They have no pedigree in that area.
