You can upload speed camera locations to your map display, but unfortunately LR being years behind most, you won't get verbal alerts etc. You can also now get Speed Limits again visual on map only for information.
You can join and subscribe to this site: http://www.pocketgpsworld.com and copy onto a USB Stick and then upload to your Map system as POIs. It does take a time to upload.
It is better than nothing, other members have changed whole system, not sure what the next model will be like from Jaguar Land Rover but I'm sure we are all hoping for a much better system all round.

If you have the older systems that use DVD map data you can get this information added to disc, not official but available through such sites as EBay. John
