whenever my sport is not running for more than a few hours it takes almost 5 seconds of cranking before the engine will start. Today (hot weather now) it didn't start after 10 seconds. After a second attempt it did start ok. any clues?

I had a similar issue eventually it turned over but wouldn't start it turned out to be the high pressure fuel pump "Remember its easier to say sorry than it is to get permission " especially off the Mrs !!
