Hey Muddy wheels is that a whitewater kayak you got on there or a flatwater boat? i used to paddle the upper Ottawa river all the time. Got a lot of you lads from across the pond during the summer. |

Yup, I know the feeling. At 45, I now need to stretch a lot prior to doing a roll but it's like riding a bike, you never forget. As long as you have a good paddle you can get your roll on the first try. In my Whitewater days we were safety boating for rafting trips every weekend.... Loved it!!! Now I'm just waiting for the levels to drop so I can do some tamer rapids as opposed to high water coliseum on the Ottawa..... That is crazy!!!!! It doesn't look like a big deal but it is one hell of a sneak...
