I'm in the same boat..... My piano black is also slightly scratched and even cracked in 2 or 3 spots where something has struck it. You could try a car polish to get the scrathes out and then car wax for a protective layer.... I have not tried it yet but it seems there really is nothing out there for these types of trim. Even if there was, I bet it would contain the same ingredients as a polish and wax. |

Scratches can be polished out as it have layer of laquer on top. |

I have the same issue. Lots of scratches which I hope there is a way of removing. |

I improved mine on a full fat using the same method I use to remove scratches from any paint. G3 paste followed by t cut and polish. A Dremel with polishing pad would speed it up hugely but don’t allow overheating of the area being polished.
