Welcome to the forum Paul.
1st Have you run the engine at all, even just turned the ignition over? If you have then you will need to replace every seal in the fuel lines right through to the engine and possibly all the pumps as well. If you haven't then you might be lucky and get away with just draining down the tank however there is also a pump in the fuel tank that may have been affected....................... Unless your insurance covers misfuelling it will be a very expensive repair. It used to be that LR advised replacement fuel lines, fuel pumps and new engine after misfuelling either of the Diesel engines........... 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Ouch. Some of the recovery firms like The AA have special misfuelling services, do you have membership with that sort of cover?
If the truck wash has no benzine in it then the fuel pumps and seals might be OK depends on what sort of solvents are in the cleaner. Sorry I cannot help on how to drain the tank. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
