fan belt tensioner

can anyone tell me how to change the fan belt tensioner on 55 plate sport or is there a how to / walk through thanks "Remember its easier to say sorry than it is to get permission " especially off the Mrs !!

Something like:

Remove black duct across radiator top (two 8mm bolts)
Block duct on passenger side with glove to prevent you dropping anything down there.
Take photo of the belt path or sketch out in case the belt comes off.
Locate tennsioner and square hole? in it.
Insert tool into square hole and leaver to remove tension from belt.
Pull belt off one of the pulleys
Carefully release tension.
Replace tensioner

Do the reverse.

took the old tensioner off and fitted the new one really struggling getting the belt back on any suggestions please thx "Remember its easier to say sorry than it is to get permission " especially off the Mrs !!
