Spilt Coffee...

Morning all, first time poster. Had a bit of an accident this morning in my 2006 v6
Pulled away from a roundabout and my coffee spilt into the cup holder forming a small-ish puddle, by the time I pulled over the puddle had gone. So it's seeped through the small latch that connects the 2 cup holders.

Anything I should be worried about underneath there? Or just the stench of rotten coffee? Any how-to's on getting it open so I can give it a clean.

Cheers!

V
