Get a new door and wheel, the car should have returned to you in better condition than you gave it to them after the recall work was done.

It beggars belief that a franchised dealer wouldn't come clean and that they damage a customers car |

Here comes the kicker.... The General Manager nor the Service Manager were aware of what had occurred. Apparently, one of the mechanics scratched the door while working on it and made a decision to get a mobile paint sprayer to blow it in quickly without informing his manager. I've been in contact with Land Rover Australia and they're now overseeing the upcoming respray and a replacement wheel. MY 14.5 SE SDV6 Loire Blue. Silver roof. 22's. |

How did he damage the wheel and the door while working on it - If you have incontrol remote I would check journeys |

The part that disturbs me is that you were not notified. I accept that mistakes can be made , but now they have destroyed your trust. The fact that the mech did not tell the manager is a sign of poor organisation , employees should be able to report these issues without fear if the right corporate culture exists.
