MY12 Overfinch - Should this have daytime running lights?

As the title goes really? I've got a MY12 HSE Lux Overfinch, it has the LED front bumper which turn on when the headlights come on, however they're not on all the time e.g. daytime running lights. Should they be?

Thanks Col, I'll try this.

Thing is, I'm sure they were working when I bought the car. Is it possible that when having the remap done that they could have been switched off?

Tried the above and no joy so contacted overfinch...they want 240£ to investigate it!!! Blimey.

Fixed this morning. 10amp fuse had blown. Replaced and both bumper LED and Angel eyes working as DRL.

That would have been a Very Expensive Fuse had you taken it to Overfinch

On my OF, only the lower LEDs work as DRLs, which I thought were normal? Best Regards
