Its Been Nice

Well guys, its been a great 14 months but its time for me and the RRS to part company she's done 19k miles and still looks good but I have had a good offer on a part ex and its the right time to sell with very little impact on the price. the only thing i didnt include in the sale was the 22" overfinch that only went on the car 2 months ago so I will be selling them on ebay soon as they are massive and would take up valuable garage space.

Anyway It was the darkside i returned to, i have ordered a new 535 dM sport which will be here in 3 weeks this will put me on until my X5 arrives in May next year I just could keep the RRS until then as i think this year would see a big drop in what mine was worth, sorry but there is just something i like about beemers.

So thanks for the help and freindly atmosphere I have had over the last 2 years on RRS and Disco3.co.uk. Martin you are doing a great job, maybe one day I will be back in a landrover, until then i may pop in occasionally even if its only for the jokes.

Neil, I don't see any reason why you can't/shouldn't hang around even if you buy another car.

Speaking of which, the company just gave me a car and I'm liking it so far, so if I decide to cancel my order for RRS-S/C or buy a Mercedes (that's an option I'm considering) will I still be welcomed here

Agree with you on the BMW thoughts, Neil... glad you've enjoyed the RRS though. Would be interested to hear your longer term thoughts on the 535d too as that is always in my sights as an RRS replacement.
