1- Had a few flat / dead battery's on my Sports ( not enough mileage covered ) this caused the same warnings as you have had - i would say without doubt battery related issues

Have you considered getting a smart charger and getting a proper charge into the battery. You say it's been on its last legs for a couple of weeks,,, I would have thought it may have given up long before now if it was faulty. Short runs will never fully charge the battery, I invested in a Ctek charger as I was having issues, I normally give it charge once or so a week, also if it's the original LR wet cell type make sure it is topped up 2010 RRS, TDV8

The ctek range of chargers are excellent, and from the shop on here you can even get the connect to do it through tow bar electrics if you have them fitted a definite bonus for ease. |
