Having played with the sounds of that V8 in an F type R, you will never tire of making it pop and bang - modulating the throttle just between drive and over-run is the best fun.

The rear diffuser is different. Do you have a tow bar?

You say in D its like any other sport. Can you drive it normally and still have a conversation ? Can you drive down the motorway without a drone for a few hours ?

I think it's time I got one of these,,I've got a friend wanting to buy my 2012 Fuji so I might just be tempted after listening to the sound of them,,reminds me of my sti widetrack with the 4" exhaust,,I always had the windows down & radio turned off.

Yeah, I have the electrically deployable tow bar. It was a requirement as I do a bit of motocross so need to tow a bike trailer. Also it's the best way to carry the cycle to keep the interior clean! |

You can certainly have a normal conversation when it's in D mode with the exhausts on 'quiet'. I haven't taken it on a. Motorway yet, but I can see that being a problem. In terms of power, the first time you drive it in D it's still very powerful with lots of torque...it's only when you go into dynamic and back again that it feels relatively gentle! The power feels more linear than the diesel - there's just loads of it everywhere so kickdown isn't as critical, but it certainly changes gears a lot faster (50% I think I read) |
