United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Thank you everyone for input. Now booked in for 5th Service which is an A Service 80,000 mile/60 month. Mine has done circa 38,000. Chosen Keith Gott a local Indie who I have used before and been quite happy with. Price range was circa £450 inc VAT to £640 inc VAT. If I had been more local to Reading then I might well have chosen Rovertune who were very competitive and recommended. (For those N.Hampshire/S.Surrey and interested I also got quotes and discussed with Hunters Main Dealer and Guava.) All who I believe would do the job well.

It does include the Transfer Box oil replacement and the Active suspension/Dynamic Reservoir filter as well. Current Merc GLE 3.5d 2016 model, 2011 RRS HSE standard
Previous 2012 FL2 liked but boot too small
Previous to LR's 3 x Merc E320 estates - fantastic load carriers and long distance cruisers, ultra reliable. Only changed as needed a 4x4 high tow vehicle. Did have a 1955 early LR drop down windscreen and fuel tank under the drivers seat; again very reliable and super rugged.

If that is your 48 month service ie 4th service I reckon this should be a B Service which seems expensive. However, if this is an A Service then for main Dealer about right.

My car is a TDV6 2011 HSE whereas yours must be a SDV6 2012 so hopefully Dr Rob will come on later and give you a more qualified answer as his is the same as yours. Current Merc GLE 3.5d 2016 model, 2011 RRS HSE standard

L/R quote 2.3 Hrs. for "B" Service and 1.7 Hrs for "A" Service. I think I was charged £598.00 for the last "B" Service @ 48 Months I had done, at a Main Stealer so would think £619.00 is not to far out.

Cheers
Col

Main stealer 619 for London sounds competitive. Then again, it depends what they "discover" during the process! Rolling Eyes L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
RRS TDV6 HSE Lux (MY2011)... Nara Bronze / Arabica - now gone!

Re: Service at Beadles

Ned - that can be beaten:
Ring round a few main dealers and approved service centres (find these via LR website eg Guava). Also call Rovertune and Keith Gott for a quote.
Mine is due the exact same service and Gotts was cheapest but I brokered a deal with main dealer over the Censored state of the brake discs they sold the motor to me with Evil or Very Mad Visitor from fullfatrr.com

United Kingdom 2009 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Lux Alaska White

Just booked mine into dealers on 22/3/16 for its 105k service I've only done 61k but apparently it goes on its age 2009, and been told it's also my cam belt service so will be looking at £950! Ouch. I only have 1 dealer with in 25 miles and no indies that I'm aware of, so I'm stuck for choice really?
