Thing is woth diamond cut is they will probably go back the same as the lacquer gets damaged from any kerbing... better to paint hem or powder coat ?I know it won't be the same finish but in the long run ?


Does sounds a fair price as generally wheel painted refurbs are 50 a pop.

I had to kindly persuade the dealer last saturday to swap the wheels from my outgoing Sport to my newer one - they had sent the diamond polished alloys away to be refurbed - they was disgusting - the 2 repaired was different from the 2 that had been left on ( no refurb needed ) they was that bad it was a deal breaker - this is not my only experience with dealers apparent lack of knowledge when it comes to alloy refurb. The outgoing RRS when purchased was subject to an alloy refurb - they agreed the only way they would be able to refurb to a high standard was to paint & not skim the alloy again i ended up with the alloys being changed

Salesmen are salesmen/liars and don't care weather they are selling prestige cars or double glazing . I have met the odd one that is passionate about the brand - but not many .

Ok guys. Picked up wheel yesterday and all I can say is wow. Fantastic job and I'm a fussy sod. Had one done to make sure that they matched colour. So I'm well happy for them to do second one which I will pick up end of next week only because of work commitments. So guys if you have any wheels that need doing be quick cause offer finishes soon.
