Now with a RRS1 even the layman can tell that it's a RRS at 50, 100, 200 yards....

Lots of people just say "nice Range Rover". They just see the bonnet lettering and don't know the difference between RRS1 and FFRR3.

I'd like a L405 FFRR at some point. A fabulous vehicle. Got some other priorities before that though.

Yeah talking about this at work the other day too....
My bosses mate bought a spanking new RRS2 drove it into the car park at his work and one of the women that work there said nice car, her Pete (her hubby) has just bought one of them - he had bought an Ewok!....
She was quickly corrected by him. Whistle Thumbs Up 2015 RRS AB SDV6, Fuji White, Ivory

Yep. I've just never understood why some people choose to use the term "boxy" as an insult for LRs. It's like saying "that trowel is ugly because it looks like a spade". Well, one day 4X4BYFAR will wish he had a metaphorical spade to help with his hobby of digging himself into metaphorical holes... Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

I really don't know why they don't make them a handed set. Whistle

It has always been the same with wheels. Thinking back to the old Mk4 Escort RS Turbo wheels was the first time I picked up on this directional wheel difference. Rolling Eyes

The Toyota supra in the eighties had sided wheels, the helped with cooling the brakes. The funny thing was the spare was a n/s wheel and when you fitted it to the o/s anything above 40 mph it created a vacuum and made that brake over heat.. 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current
