Not impressed at all with A Plan !!
I filled in the enquiry for on the website and I received a call from an advisor from the Wilmslow branch.
I found her attitude very abrupt whilst asking questions about my previous insurance history etc.
I was told after answering all her questions that my information would be processed through their computer database which would give me my quotes and that I would receive a phone call to let me know the outcome.
That was 2 days ago and as of yet I haven't heard a thing.

Very dissatisfied!!

Same here 2 weeks ago. The woman I spoke to was friendly enough, but the promise of a quote within 2 days never materialised. Not sure of the office I used but it was the one listed on this forum as being a sponsor.

I have just renewed my insurance with them. Use the 01635 874646 Newbury office. Not all Aplan branches offer the forum rates and discounts. I have just swapped over from a different Aplan branch.

Ask for Henry, he is the office manager and quote the forum. He was very helpful and polite and also saved me a lot of money over my renewal quotes due to a few convictions.

Just to be clear I am in no way affiliated with Aplan or insurance as I work in the oil industry offshore.

That's the one I used At 14.14 on 6/1/16 & I have the name of the lady with whom I spoke, but I won't mention it here as it's history now, as I stayed with my current insurer.
