Handsfree Phone

Hi,
I am looking at getting handsfree phone operation in my car.

What are the options?

My Discovery 3 had a aftermarket radio fitted which had handsfree operation and reversing camera. The phone was voice activated etc.

Exactly the same radio unit would fit a pre-facelift RRS. Regards etc.,
