I have 2006 RRS with cd-changer and aux-input. No phone docking possibility. I have looked some threads so connecting Iphone to system does not look very good. Bluetooth: i already have connection to Tom-Tom and HF so im not sure does it work to attache third system. So far only option im thinking is getting cheap Android device and hook connect it to AUX.

Could probably be hard wired in somewhere under centre console. I have no volume issues at all with it, unlike when I used a direct connection using headphone socket on my Oneplus One, so I think there must be a form of line amplification inside it.
