It's hard wired, so check the connector etc. Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

The connector seems ok, it's strange how it will go off as I press the brake pedal. The connector seemed fine to me, I was given the wrong size sensor to start with so I cut the sensor off and soldered it to the original cable as I figured it only works on continuity but that still acted the same so I went and got the correct one which is still playing up :/ |

Oh yeah, missed the brake bit - sounds as though the seating of the sensor is an issue, or just a duff sensor.

I did wonder if it was seated properly so I locked the wheel over and got in there and it was pressed rite down and could t physically go any further, I read some people say it can go off on its own after a couple of outings, that seems strange to me and you would think it either works or it doesn't, maybe I will just cut and join them together. Be just my luck that that won't stop it lol thanks for the help. |
