In an ideal world, you'd go for the same as standard L494 which is a 9.5J on a 49mm offset as I think there have been people fitting L494 wheels to the earlier cars anyway. See if you can borrow one and see what the clearances are like? |

I'm not sure what you mean by 'Ideal' but I have the 22" overfinch wheels and put 285/35/22 tyres on them (RRS 2006 overfinch) . The ride is a little firmer as you might expect from low profile but they look great and have had no rub issues. |

By "ideal" I meant not moving too far from the width of rim and offset that are standard sizes otherwise you potentially end up with rubbing or bearing issues due to loading. |
