England 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Santorini Black

I will be lodging this with my dealer today, the back seats (never used) are sagging incredibly badly around where the seatbelt clips are, the drivers seat looks like the "holes" haven't been cut properly and two have joined up (once inspected). The bolster appears to have collapsed (I'm not that fat)

Did anyone see the somewhat throwaway comment in Autocar about the state of their test RRS to the effect that the interior looks shabby after 22k miles. My RRS has done 15k miles now and the front seats, armrest and centre console look like they've done a whole lot more. As ever my stealer is ignoring me on this point

Something wrong there Shocked Surely LR have changed the manufacturer, I have 2012 Autobiography leather interior and seats are MINT. NO sagging or creases.

However I did sit in a RRS 2 ( brand new model ) and the seats looked and felt awesome. Firm and quality was really good. I really like the new shape inside and out Whistle

Same here , i have a 11mdl autobiography with 20k miles on it and the seats look as new. Some of the above posts, in fact all of the above post are just shocking. Terrible quality from LR and terrible customer service as usual. SVR 2018 in Santorini Black.

Its a combination of several aspects of endemic poor quality
Leather
Brakes
Gap
And that saggy nappy 4rse on the otherwise epic RRS2....
That mean shortly my 7 years of RRS ownership ends

Ill buy something else with my £80k ...

Sagging leather

Our 3 month old HSE with 950 miles on the clock now has sagging leather across its rear seats and also the front passenger seat.. It is going into our South West dealer this coming Monday for the steam treatment ( I believe they call this finesse treatment ).. I also have a rear head rest with one section of leather paneling looking like it came from a wart hog !!.

The dealer immediately told me ( without seeing the seats first ) that Land Rover would not accept the leather sagging and ripple effect in the leather ( head rest ) as an issue, as the leather is not defective in itself.. This annoyed me immediately.. straight away they were saying its not their fault and would not be considered for warranty.

I can see this as the start of a major issue with the dealer/Land Rover unless A: The steam treatment works or B: the areas impacted are replaced with leather that fits!.

How can the above be happening on a 75K vehicle. The leather is worse than a Ford !!.

If next week has an unhappy outcome ( which I am expecting ) then I will be fairly swiftly contacting LR customer relations on this site and posting pictures of the leather..

Guess we will have start posting pictures of the leather issues. Name and shame with milage. Land Rover MIGHT listen if the pictures start showing the issue and put off buyers.

Floppy leather seats

Not the best of Photos as it was too dark, but just enough to see the Censored developing issue after 1 K miles. I will update the photos once its daylight. I will have to also photo the headrest made from warthog skin!.

Mine is also looking awful after 2.5k miles / 3 months. Still waiting for dealer to call back viz booking in with specialist for leather to be steamed! Understand this to be part of the remediation process, but my hopes are not high.

Good luck never worked on mine, just a process they go through to stretch out fixing their poor quality issues.
But my SDV8 is Very nice car to drive.
