Can anyone tell me what should be done as the 3rd year service on a RRS1?

3yr/45k needs an engine oil and filter change, new pollen filter, new air filter

Correct, but it wouldn't be done with the service, as it is an additional cost extra

Because my dealer didn't carry it out on my 3rd service, I asked them why, they said they tested the fluid and said it didn't need changing with only 24000 miles on the clock. Fair comment I thought. But they offered to change it for me foc. So I took them up on their offer and had it changed.
