AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!!

Daughters car (BMW 120d) brought home on the back of a low loader tonight. Cut out and not start on dual carriageway on her way home from work. I feared the worst as it is the dreaded N47 engine. When it turned up I went and tried it.............




.............oh yes; the common N47 disease. Snapped timing chain; which are at the back of the engine just to add insult to injury. Oh well, cancel Christmas lol.

£2700 fully reconditioned with two year unlimited mileage warranty. Two pages of parts on the invoice. Drives like a new car now though.
