I think you will need to program the fob. Hopefully someone has accurate instructions! But it goes along the lines of disconnecting power from the axillary heater's receiver, and then when you power it again holding one of the key fob buttons for a few seconds.

I seem to recall that it needs to be the remote type that's oval, almost egg shaped when looking down on it, not the one that's flatter along the bottom edge. Hope this helps. |

Yes, remove Fuse 2 in the engine bay fuse box. Replace it and straight away hold the OFF button down on the remote.
