Hi All,

My 2013 Autobiography is in the dealers for some warrnety work.
One is the front grill seperating and bad quality.
They called today to say the grille on the car is incorrect and the one thats arrived is correct for the car.
I asked for a picture of the one delivered, see below.
At first they said "Your car might just have the Autobiography kit fitted" My reply was "So a car that is two years old has had the front grille, side grilles, front bumper, dash board, door cards, front and rear seates, tailgate trim, rear bumper and exhaust tips changed and then had the V5 logbook changed to have Autobiography added??" They say they need to investigate
What grille is the below for?

The scarey thing is that a main dealer doesnt know the difference in the grilles or if a RRS is an originall AB!!!

Just had mine MOT'd @ GS - they phoned me with an advisory - SUSPENSION COMPONENTS - I said its covered with extended warranty with less than 25k on the clock. "Ok sir leave that with us" half hour later " parts are covered but won't be replaced on advisory" - so when I collected the RRS i said i will be back in a couple of weeks moaning about knocking from my suspension - you can sort it then under warranty !!!

To be honest service so far 50/50 - trouble is they all seem useless in the midlands  16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

lol funny how they where convinced mine wasnt an original AB. I suggested that either their database was incorrect or someone spent double the amount on converting a standard to an AB when a year old, they thought that was feasble even though one owner before me from new lol

I requested a price on DRL,s being fitted - 2 different prices given on 2 different occasions a few weeks apart. In the end I spoke to Dan @ Duckworths ( site sponsor ) - it was cheaper for me to drive to Lincolnshire for the day to get them fitted than drop the Sport 5 miles from my door The members on here can run circles around some of them lollipops when it comes to THERE products  16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............
