Mysterious hole has just appeared in the speaker grille of the rear left door of my 2010 facelift RRS HSE. Anyone have any advice on whether this is a simple DIY repair, part details etc. or anything else. Would I be better getting the local garage to sort it? Does the whole door card have to come off? Lord knows how it happened. Careless passenger I presume.

Hi I think the speaker grill is a part you can buy, however the door card will require removing to replace it. It's not a long job

Thanks. I did see a scary post elsewhere suggesting that I would need to replace the entire door card at a cost of £,1500. Let's hope you are right and they are wrong!

Have exactly the same thing!

LH rear door speaker grille with and hole in it.
LR told me to replace the whole door card!!

Perhaps buying an used card on Ebay and than swapping the grille is an option?
