Can somebody advise/confirm the badge colouring that comes with MY16s. I am referring specifically to the SPORT badge on the rear and the oval LR badges. I have seen the SPORT badge in both red and silver and the LR badge in both green and black. Does it depend on whether you order a HSE/Dynamic/AB/SVR and/or the colour you choose or are they speccable ?

The SPORT badge in red signifies the car is a Dynamic if it is an RRS2, usually black LR ovals are added by the owner, but on RRS1's the S/C had black ovals at launch. SE and HSE started out green with gold script then went to black with silver script and now we are back to green with silver script IIRC...... wheel centres have also had varying cvolours over the years and at one stage they even had a Range Rover logo in the wheel centres when JLR wanted Range Rover to be the luxury range and Land Rovers were family/ utility vehicles, then that got forgotten about too and Range Rovers resumed getting a few Land Rover ovals on them again! You can buy the black badges from dealerships or eBay shops. I saw an RRS1 2.7TDv6 with an SVR badge on it today................  2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Has anybody bothered to swap out the green ovals for black ones ? Having seen the green on a showroom car it is not as obvious as the original LR green and did not appear to stand out as much as I thought it would..

I swapped mine, or I should say the detailed did!

All by badges are now black - were changed prior to handover by dealer.

I'm going to change the range rover lettering to Black. Is it best to buy the lettering from the dealerships or should I get them on eBay. MY16 (65) RRS, HSE, White, 21" 507s, Pan/Black Roof, 7 Seats, Ebony/Cirrus, Surround Cams, Fully Color Coded

Are you going to fit them or are you going to take them to the dealer to fit , if so I would use the dealer then if there's a problem it's down to them to sort it out .
Be careful of buying from eBay as the wording can often mislead . Oem spec is not the same as genuine parts . .
