I have a problem with my RRS 2005 Radio. Radio works fine, but the only button on the actual radio itself that works is the volume button. Screen appears fine, the only way to adjust the radio is through the steering wheel buttons. Any help on resolving this would be appreciated. Thankyou |

Try a hard reset first.

Thankyou. Will give that a try later today after I've finished spraying a van. |

Just out and about today in the 2006 RRS 4.2 s/c and I seem to have the opposite problem- no sound and the volumne knob doesn't do anything.

Seems like an amp failure. The pre-amp in the actual radio/CD unit is unlikely to fail. If turning the volume knob to 11 doesn't make any difference (and there is not even some hiss from the speakers), then you're looking for a replacement amp. Regards etc.,
