If you contact the Motor Heritage Centre at Gaydon they welcome enthusiast groups to use their car parks for meets. I have run several meets there, no charge and if you have more than a minimum number of attendees then there is a group discount on entry to the museum side. Entry to the cafe has always been free and is always my coffee or lunch break stop instead of the Motorway Services nearby when I am driving the length of the UK (also the fuel in Gaydon village Esso station is about 10p a litre cheaper than on the motorway filling station forecourt!). I stopped there yesterday to fuel up and have a comfort stop on my way from west London to Stirling and there appeared to be a meet up of Japanese Sports car owners going on. If you fancy a meet that is more London centric then The Ace Cafe (just off the North Circular Road in Park Royal) is a good place, lots of car parking available but you must check with their management (who will put you on their events page of their website) so that they can make some reserved parking. 3 of us turned up on Saturday and the carpark was coned off for a meet of about 12 Nissan GTR/ Skyline owners to show off their cars. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Depending on date I will be back down in London at the end of October and could join in on my way north if the venue isn't too far off the M40. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Hi, I tried to arrange one in Central Scotland but after initial interest it seemed to drop off the radar. I thought it would have been good to catch up with other owners and see what issues/fixes/experiences people had, good luck chap. 2017 Range Rover Sport HSE |

Weekend is better for me, however I use BMHC Gaydon as a motorway stop when on long trips the length of the UK and have suggested lunchtime meets there midweek before as there is a good cafe and clean toilets in the conference suite next to the cafe and you can use the upper carpark when there isn't a seminar on at the centre. Even better you can hear whatever is being tested on the test bowl behind the security fences and sometimes even see them driving passed through the car park, JLR shares the site with Aston Martin too and their factory is just a bit further down the road from the centre. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
