Warranty Direct Quote

Is the below quote a reasonable premium for RRS 2010 with 49k on the clock?

Extra care policy for 13 months
12k mileage limit
Emmisions and Airbags Cover;
In-Car Entertainment/Sat Nav cover
Betterment Clause Removed
A Reduced Excess to £0 per Claim;

So I also got a quote recently:

Extra care policy for 13 months
12k mileage limit
Still has betterment clause
Excess to £50 per Claim;

£865

Also got a quote from RAC through the dealer I got the car £1095 for 2 years on the RAC gold policy. I have had two claims on the RAC policy (for crankshaft sensor and issue with leak in air pipe causing restricted performance error + knocking noise) both paid in full. SO thinking of going with them.

I think so - car came with a 6 month warranty when I brought it and just called them today to find out what it would cost to extend.

Sounds good to me. I paid £645 with Warranty Direct but didn't get betterment removed- so if you claim (you will claim!) yours is a much better deal.

Ive been quoted £550 on a 2009 plate, 72k on the clock, this is for their premium cover 2006 RRS Supercharged 4.2 HST muthuaflecka!

Bit late to the party, but after having a search on here I bit the bullet and sorted out a WD policy today.

Got all the above for £600.

Had the old 'I need to speak to my manager' a couple of times and that was the result.

This was for a 2012 HSE.

J 2012 RRS HSE. Firenze Red.

On a 2012 I'd have gone for LR's extended warranty with Assist. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

As I understand as it hasn't been subject to extended warranty after it ran out I'm not eligible... 2012 RRS HSE. Firenze Red.

Wouldn't worry about it. You shouldn't have any issues with WD, they generally authorise any claims after 15-20 mins, in my experience
