Thanks for the info M17kyu, that's good news. If I can grab a set of these headlight mods, I'm then just waiting on the new gl-3s coming out and my car is finished...for now ha. |

Look almost as good as mine Glad you got them fitted without any hassle. I've seen places charge over £300 for this service. Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

Ordered my set off Sparky, now hoping the headlight splitting isnt a total nightmare. Can't decide whether to spray the internals black whilst I've got the headlights in pieces, what do you guys reckon?

With a black car or black grill, I'd say go with black inserts. But with grey or silver like yours, I wouldn't bother painting them. |

Thanks for the input guys. @Kingfupanda - Just seen your adaptive headlight problem, has it resurfaced again? I only ask as mine are adaptive too. |

The adaptive lights have been good as gold since that first incident. Maybe they didn't like being unplugged and plugged in again. |

Kungfu - That's sometimes the case that the headlights just need to self level a couple of times to reset, the rings shouldn't interfere with the movement as there's plenty of clearance...or at least there should be if you have stuck them on rignt

Well the splitting of the headlights was a lot easier than expected. My main concern is there's literally only a couple of mm clearance all the way around the adaptive headlight, is this normal? I'm going to be in a mess if not as the epoxy is setting and I'm at work |

Nice job jmcvs. Thanks for the coronary Sparky ha. Spraying the internals black tomorrow, just trying to figure the best way of masking the adaptive projectors. |
