Incontrol remote

My incontrol remote app has been giving me a low fuel warning message for over a week now despite me refuelling a week ago. The fuel level and miles remaining are correct and have been updating but i cant seem to shake off the pesky warning

Anyone any idea how to get rid if it?

I assume you have the usual Apple fixes of shutting down the app or reseting the phone. If not reinstall the app to see if that helps and isolate if it is a car issue? We use a lot of apps at work and those fixes correct most faults.

Can you login from another phone or tablet and see if it is the same. MY16 3.0 SDV6 Autobiography in Aleutian silver, stealth pack and toys.

i Probably should have mentioned that its the android app. but yes i've tried rebooting the phone. I've signed out and back in again , signed out uninstalled, reinstalled and still it comes back again. the app is not compatible with my tablet but there is no mention of the warning if i log in to the incontrol website

I have have an iPhone app issue too but not with inControl but Fuelly.com I just cannot log into the new app for Fuelly to up date my fuel figures yet I can update them on their main website. I assume it is all something to do with the recent upgrades to IOS9 that I have installed and that may be the problem with InControl 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I'm glad I'm not the only one with an issue with this App. However, mine is slightly different in that the "Journey" record is taking at least a week to update. Before the upgrade, I could log on within 10 minutes of completing a journey and see the route taken etc. Now, the fuel and mileage data is updating in real time, but the journey log is at least 7 days out of date. I think the iOS9 fix needs a fix!!!!

I'm not sure what Apple is up to regarding IOS updates but I've just had the 3rd update in 10 days for my iPhone6 and all the apps that had updates at the beginning of the week were all flagged again last night as needing to be reupdated! Looks like someone in Apple didn't get things quite right first time around............... At least this time I'm using my hotel's superfast free wifi and not my slow broadband connection at home! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Ok I managed to clear the fuel warning on my app yesterday. I had to wait until the fuel light came on in the car again and then checked the App (or the wife did while i was filling up) closed the app then opened it when i had filled up and it cleared this time.
hopefully it was just a one-time glitch.
