Looks lovely. Although I'm not in the market for such a high end RRS, maybe details of the services and when it was last serviced would help. Also details of how long is left on the current MOT.

The problem you might find with a car costing so much is that prospective buyers might need dealer facilities such as finance or PCP which a private seller can't offer. Have you had any trade bids?

I'd at least get it MOT'd and perhaps even serviced if there's only a couple of months to go before they're due. Any potential buyer wouldn't want to spend money on the car as soon as they got it.
