Well guys this is the update.'!!
Had the car booked in for another gear box service and gearbox module to be taken out and looked at by a computer which was around 500 cost according to a rr gearbox specialist.
So as you can imagine I was a bit gutted as all I have done was get the oil changed then was troubled by this gearbox.
Before I did that I went out and bought a brake switch which was the advice by one of you kind guys which I did and fitted myself which took all of 3 minutes to do.
Drove the car and well all I can say it was like I was driving a different car, it was fast responsive and the gearbox was pperfect so all I can say is thank you so much for the advice.
Gearbox specialist my arse!!!
