Well I took the plunge earlier this month and had the gearbox mega flush done on my RRS TDV6. Had it done for preventative maintenance. Car has done 109k (had a new engine fitted at 89k) Although it wasn't a rough gear change to start with I can feel the difference after it has been done...silky smooth.

I ended up taking it to Quattro autocare in Riccall near York. Very impressed with Richard and his mechanics there...very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend them if your out of the reach of Disco Mikey, Bodsy or Flack/Geoff.
Had a full service with front and rear diff and transfer box oil while it was there.

Also had it there yesterday to diagnose a long time suspension fault which progressed into the 30mph max speed message followed by slamming in down to the bump stops and bouncing like a kangaroo.... couple of height sensors and a recalibration and it was sorted.

I used those guys at the begining of the year to get a flush done,,,, as you say good service and also a fair price I thought, would certainly recommend to others.
Hardest bit was finding the place!! 2010 RRS, TDV8

What sort of price Is a flush guys

Generally around £250-300ish dependant on circumstances (i.e. distance to travel/group flushing event etc.).  Visiting from DISCO3.CO.UK

They charged me around £260 including the Dr Tranny additives. Think its usually around 275.

Getting mine done tomorrow in Bristol by Neil at Bristol Transmissions.
OEM parts....£270 +vat.
I'm approaching 79,000 miles and had a lovely cheque land on my doorstep from the Inland Revenue for £440!!!
Preventative measure while I have a windfall.

I think my RR Sport is due a flush. I live in Crewe, Cheshire. Can anybody recommend anybody local to complete the works??

Need a minimum of 5 cars, with any extra cars bringing a discount in pricing
