As many posts on here suggest I too was swaying between warranty direct and warranty wise but consensus seemed to be that warranty direct is better
Well happy to report that I opted for WD at a cost of £725 for the prestige plan or wat ever it's called with emissions and airbag cover I haggled parts contribution down from 50% to 0 with a £50 excess and 90 day wear n tear exclusion well I think it's about 60 days into the policy and they have just shelled out £601 for two replacement EGR valves, no hassle no arguing they even approved the claim with 2/3 hours of speaking to my garage and today I ahev recieved my check in just over a week so

Great result and thank you for posting as I am looking at taking out an extended warranty this week on a RRS that I am picking up on Friday. Looking at your experience I think that I will give Warranty Direct a go.

I'd still blank them and map them out.

Go with Warranty Direct. Took a policy out with them on my 2007 RRS and they paid out no problem  2014 L405 SDV8 RR Autobiography
