Hi All,

I think the contrast of the black Dynamic parts on a white RSS2 looks much better than the standard silver (thinking gloss black grill, tow hooks rear/front and rear tailgate) and I'm thinking of changing them over on my Fuji White...

For the above parts only (not fitted) I've been quoted $1,500 but speaking to another local dealer their recommendation is to have them properly painted (was assured that the company they would recommend do a job which wouldn't be ruined by the first stone chip).

Not too much cost difference on the face of it (~$300).

Does anyone know how easy it would be for a non-mechanically minded (and of limited toolset) person like myself to self-install?

I prefer the idea of original parts which won't have any issues that re-sprayed may over time... although would this really be an issue/am I overly concerned?

I see the parts in the UK are a third cheaper than here in Aus but expect to re-pay that in postage!

Has anyone done this themselves?

I had assumed that the Dynamic parts would match the OEM black plastic - is this correct or does anything need painting on the new parts?
