Hi All. After some advice. I have a 2010 V8 90,000 miles with a EGR system fault coming up on the computer even straight after it is cleared..The vehicle goes into restricted performance mode as soon as it is turned on. There is i assume engine oil that has dripped over the floor and has oil in the intake system inter cooler & pipes. Will the faulty EGR valve cause this oil to ingress into the pipes or is there other problems possibly underlying. I have someone looking at it soon, but just want to prepare for any bad news that they may give.....Thanks in advance for any advice |

There is no oil in the EGR system... |

You can tell I have no mechanical knowledge whatsoever. What can be a possible cause for the oil
|

Most probable cause will be a turbo issue. Is there lots of oil, or is it just a misting of oil? |
