Thick black smoke like an American Indian smoke signal when reversing

Hi did u get this problem fixed my car is doing same thing thick black smoke in reverse think black smoke when I stop in drive at a traffic light any time I'm stopped its smoking bad but it dont smoke at all when in park Rev it no smoke - no smoke when I'm going along just when stopes in gear any one help me so far I had new egr new air flow new throttle peddle full service plugged it in no codes present no lights on dash doin my nut in big time and there about a 4 secon delay on pull away foot to the floor for about 4 seconds there nothing and then woosh it's gone and pulls like a train Mercedes c220 diesel 57 plate auto
