Geoff (username "geoff.") comes up to the midlands from time to time to do flushes. He's been out to Wiltshire to do mine.

The 50-75k recomendation is from ZF rather than LR (and is also born of experience). LR's initial suggestion that the boxes were "sealed for life" has caused the self destruction of many otherwise excellent transmissions.

Sparky I'm on the same milage and just treated mine to a flush, definitely worth it. Mine also had full dealer history up to 125k miles.

It was £240 by DiscoMikey on his Manchester adventure last week. Think its normally £300 though. 2006 HSE for Sale - £7,499 (Manchester)

DiscoMikey did mine yesterday. Just done the 100+ miles gentle driving recommended after a gearbox reset. All seems ok to me so far. |
