Quick Question

I currently own a stornoway grey 2007 2.7 tdv6 which i dearly dearly love,
i am thinking of upgrading to an Orkney grey 2012 3.0 sdv6.

my question is..

is it worth it?
is there much difference?

any hints , tips or advice would be very helpful, anything to look out for on them?

Scotland 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 SE Santorini Black

The 3ltr engine is a peach, sequential twin turbo' it's so smooth, and has nearly as much torque as the V8. It doesn't seem to have any of the engine woes of the 2.7.
The interior is much improved, a real classy place to be.
Think the same problems with suspension occur, ie wishbone bushes, compressors etc, but mine didn't start playing up until 4 years old.

Defiantly worth the change imho
Cheers

Gone: a comprehensive list of imprezas and a Merc ML AMG

2012/2013 SDV6 also has 8 speed gearbox as opposed to 6 speed in 2010/2011 TDV6. Electric (but one piece) tailgate is another difference and I am sure there were other improvements over 2010/2011 that I can't remember.

I upgraded from 2009 2.7 TDV6 to 2013 3.0 SDV6 and think it was definitely worth it. Oh and Orkney Grey is nice Cool Have you found one already? Whistle Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

I found it a different vehicle - the car it should have been on day 1. I know of a 61 plate MY12 you've already seen that's available in Sept for a reasonable amount.... Whistle

orangevanman if it doesn't work out with MAW, pm me. My relatively low mileage 2013 Orkney Grey HSE Black Edition will also be available in September. Can possibly let it go slightly earlier too if a decent deal is agreed Thumbs Up Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

No worries. My 4 year old doesn't do much damage to the car these days. You'll find they behave better when facing the threat of their favourite toys being taken away Laughing Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top
