From memory, the RRS comes with 2 USB ports in the glovebox, one for USB & other for iPod.

Either select the source as USB or iPod (depending on which USB port you use) in 'My Music' menu. 2014 L405 SDV8 RR Autobiography

Don't forget you need a special LRover cable for your iPhone

Best just use Bluetooth, as said, connect the phone select it as source and press play.

It's a great quality sound system

So my phone should stream music through the Bluetooth connection?

I will play about with the system see if i can get it to work. Yesterday had the phone connected but every time I clicked my music it told me I had no cd inserted so didn't spot an option for the source

Once the phone is connected, select My Audio by repeatedly pressing the round Mode button, then rotate the dial around the Mode button until it says Bluetooth Audio in the instrument panel. You can use the touch screen to select these options too. Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

On my 2012 RRS I just used a normal USB cable with my iPhone & iPod, both worked perfectly fine.  2014 L405 SDV8 RR Autobiography
