Help please with fitting a Parrot hands free

Hi all can anyone tell me what lead I need to fit my parrot in my sport with an amp and sat nav

Is it fibre optics?
I have a Hardon Karmon system in mine with fibre optics and the adaptor for this is 700 quid!
