relocate the aux and cigaret lighter

Hi,
i found it very annoying that the aux and 12v soccer is at the back of the rear console.
with 3 kids at the back its not very handy.
i'm thinking of replacing them to the inside of the cubbybox. if i could just pull the panel out, dril a hole in the inside and replace the panel in a cutout there.
somebody did that? or will i have to remove the hole console?
thx for any advice

You could relatively easily. (Assuming you dont have the fridge in there)

So intructions on how to get the cubby out, you could try following the Fridge fitting instructions here:-

thx for the tip.
the panel with the aux can you just pull it out you think? or are there any hidden screws.
i would trie to cut the box without to remove it, cause i always worried about a cracking landrover, as this one is my first one without any Wink

On the D3 it can just pop out, so I assume same for RRS, it's been a while since I last fitted the RSE on a RRS.

There may well be enough space to get a dremmel in, but should be easy enough for you to check. Thumbs Up Bodsys Brake Bible
