As the title says, for a few months now whilst parked overnight the suspension would lower itself to the access height, It would always go back to normal after starting.
Squirted it with soapy water to check for any leaks
All Ok so removed valve to strip, mounted on rubbers in kidney slots, just undo pipes, electrics & push up to remove, undid four torx screws in valve to split body & get to inners
As you can see all the valve seats have some residue in, but the centre one loads more
The plunger end was covered too
This was all cleaned out with some solvent spray & dried with airline
The plungers were cleaned up
Then it was all reassembled & fitted back on. Started to pump up then left over night with the battery on. Checked just now and still all ok at normal height ![]() ![]() Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated ![]() |
